Decor and Custom Fabrication:
Pipe and Drape - we have hundreds of feet of cushy black velour - yes the really expensive stuff. Our prices are competitive, and delivery is often free with a sound system rental - just mention that offer here and we'll hook you up.
We can offer a wide range of fabrics and materials. We can provide custom plexiglass, steel, and aluminum podiums and other staging needs, as well as professionally installed soft goods and other hanging fabrics. For the greatest bang for your buck, provide us with a budget and a goal and let us bring a proposal to you.

Our rentals prices are based on a day rate. We can offer long term pricing, purchase, and bulk discounts. For instance, frequently we can offer 30% off chair rentals when more than 150 are rented - for a large wedding where 150 guests need two places to sit, this can be a sizable discount.
"B" stock can also result in price breaks. Tents are a good example of this. For a storage tent, or a dusty festival tent, it can be hard to justify paying full price. We have a variety of tents in stock, and using one of our older canopies is going to save you cash, and save our grade A tents for clients that need equipment in top form.
Our PA systems generally require technicians. Unfortunately our sound equipment is too expensive to rent out without a member of our staff to supervise its use. On the flip side, a PA rental from us brings some of the best sound in town to your event. Why rent an inferior system when you can get a staffed system for pennies more.
Our lighting rentals require a bulb deposit. Bulb prices vary from fixture to fixture, generally running 5 - 100/bulb.
Stage rentals require proof of insurance with us (Portland Productions) named as an addition insured.
Charity and Not for Profit event rentals:
We understand the pressures faced by non-profits, charity events, and fundraiser…as many of us have come from backgrounds steeped in such activity. We do, however, have to make a living, and at the end of the month rent still comes due on our many bills. We can offer a 10-15% off rental rates for not-for-profit events, charities, and fundraisers. While we cannot discount labor, if you have the means to pick up the equipment, our rental desk can assist you in selecting easy to operate equipment. We are committed to offering you the best service that we are able within your budget.
Delivery
We work hard to keep your costs down. By working with a local courier company, we have managed to cut our delivery costs in half. Most Deliveries in Portland can be pulled from our warehouse, put on a truck, and be unloaded at your site for 65 dollars.
