Pricing:

Lighting rigs run from 100 - 6000 dollars. Most shows require 500 - 800 dollars in lighting, based on an attendance of 120 - 500 people. Higher end corporte events, award ceremonies, and executive meetings generally require a budget starting around 3500 for the necessary tools and development.

A basic wash of the envirornment/venue and accent lighting starts the event off, with effects and features highlighting your event as necessary. The details of your show, including key talking points, a change in presenters, a mood shift with the introduction of a band or dj, all of these things may call for a different lighting look to help people experience different aspects of the show differently.
