Weddings: We price Wedding Disc Jockey services as follows:

600/reception, 750 for a ceremony and reception where the ceremony is located on the same grounds as the reception, and 1000 for a ceremony and reception where the ceremony is seperately located from the reception grounds.

Events within 15 miles of downtown Portland

Day rate: 1000.00 (8 hours with setup and teardown at no charge)

Half day rate: 600.00 (5 hours with setup and teardown at no charge)

Events within 50 miles of downtown Portland: add $50

Events within 150 miles of downtown Portland: add $150

Events within 400 miles of downtown Portland: add $550 or 350 plus accommodations.

Portland Wedding DJs

There is a ton of talent in Portland and Seattle. How do you decide? Really, the best way to find the DJ right for you is to do it the old fashion way, with a face to face interview. The DJ that inspires the confidence and projects the abilities that you feel is best is the one to go with.

Cost is of course also a factor. We price our services with the following taken into account:

We thoroughly prepare for all of our shows. If your request is not in our library, we buy it. We provide thousands of dollars worth of equipment for every show, using equipment that few other djs in Oregon or Washington can afford. We provide all of the equipment you need without up-selling or haggling.

We provide a detailed setup. Rather than see how close we can cut it, we show up early to every show, so that we don't just get set up, but have time to clean up our booth for a sharp presentation, and an ascetically pleasing look.

Be confident in your decision. Shop around and look into what different companies have to offer. In the end, we often hear that our combination of professionalism and value is what tipped the scales in our favor.

Medium and large format Production Services:

Of the many other events that we DJ, we always have something else to offer. Does that mean extra cost? Not necessarily. We always price our services fairly. If you need a few extra lights to light up your banners, or need a few extra panels of drape, we might just throw that in. For more complex setups we do charge – always fairly – for our equipment and services.

We can be as big as you need us to be. If your reunion or school dance is 500 people, or your corporate event is 1500, instead of hiring separate production companies to provide the electrical and professional support services, we can simply bundle DJ services with a professional production, and save you both time and money, or allow a greater infusion of resources into the production itself.

We are happy to meet with you to discuss options, or to develop a budget for a complex show. We work with over 200 other professionals here in the NW – Portland, Vancouver, and Seattle– to ensure that we can provide a central outlet to meet your production needs. We have managed shows with tens of thousand of dollars in production, often with across the board savings in a meaningful percentage.

Smaller shows, such as private parties, holiday events, small schools, and 503c nonprofits - these are the types of shows that we work with on limited budgets. Q: What style will the DJ have?

A: We tailor each show to your needs. Our Disc Jockeys play regular shows and events in Portland and Seattle - we know how to read a crowd.

Q: A wedding is a very different kind of event - how much experience will the DJ have?

A: Tons - our DJs have performed at over 1000 weddings. Our least experienced DJ goes out on their own after 10 weddings, having shadowed a seasoned professional DJ, contributed to the playlist, made announcements, and learned the equipment.
Q: What will the DJ wear?
A: We dress in sharp formal attire. 
Q: Are there any extra charges?
A: Our DJ service is offered as a flat rate service.  We include sound, lighting, and a comprehensive show development for a flat fee.
